Miguel FuertesandClaude Opus 4.6 83e5184514 fix: enable tailscale package config in build-package workflow 
luci-app-tailscale was not being built because its config (and its
dependency tailscale) were missing from the .config at build time.

Miguel FuertesandClaude Opus 4.6 ecadb5d6ab fix: build kernel before compiling packages in build-package workflow 
The kernel was never compiled, causing luci-app-tailscale to fail with
missing modules.builtin and .config files.

Miguel Fuertes 81a703fcc4 Add support for MF68E and M9S devices with necessary patches and configurations 
- Introduced device tree patches for MF68E and M9S, adding their respective .dts files and updating the Makefile to include them.
- Implemented framebuffer driver for the GC9107 LCD controller, enabling display support for the MF68E and M9S devices.
- Created UCI defaults for modem management, including network interface configurations and LED handling for modem and WiFi indicators.
- Added scripts for automatic formatting of the rootfs_data partition and generating GPT images for MSM8916 eMMC.
- Included hotplug scripts for managing LED states based on device actions.
- Updated README with instructions for re-integrating the deprecated device support into the main build.

- Implemented a battery-monitor service to track battery capacity and charging status, controlling LEDs accordingly.
- Created a battery status page in LuCI to display voltage, status, health, and estimated capacity.
- Added hotplug scripts to trigger battery status updates on power button presses and modem interface changes.
- Developed LED control scripts for modem and WiFi status indicators.
- Configured UCI defaults to enable WiFi and set up a modem interface with appropriate settings.
- Introduced a utility script for LED control with various actions (on, off, blink).
- Added a power button script for double-click shutdown functionality.

- Updated diffconfig to include CONFIG_TARGET_msm89xx_msm8916_DEVICE_generic-uf02
- Added new device definition for generic UF02 in msm8916.mk
- Included msm8916-generic-mf68e.dtb and msm8916-generic-uf02.dtb in the Makefile
- Created new diffconfig_uf02 file with necessary configurations
- Added instructions for entering DIAG mode in enable_all_bands.md
- Introduced device tree source for generic UF02 modem
