- AppShowcase: removed mono URL bar and decorative chips
- Architecture: plain-language emoji cards replacing 3-tier tech diagram
- OcrPipeline: 3-step plain English flow (was 5-step dev pipeline)
- SchoolForms: larger text, no mono tags, cleaner card layout
- Features: emoji icon cards replacing numbered monospace step cards
- TechStack: pill tags only, much smaller and simpler section
- Downloads: larger buttons, Campus Server folded into IT Admin row
- Footer: clean 3-column layout, removed app identity chip
- global.css: 16px base font, reduced color palette, removed unused utilities
