ssbg04 965a3eadb5 fix(users): Fix success dialog z-order and add step top margin 
- Fixed an issue where the success/error dialog was hidden behind the user details modal by displaying it sequentially for updates, and correctly popping root navigator routes.
- Added top margin padding (16px) to the steps within AddEditUserModal for better visual separation.
- Made prefixIcon optional in CustomTextField.

- Added server LAN discovery to auto-detect and persist backend IP.

- Updated health-check route to expose X-TIS-RMS header.

- Added 'Change Server' UI option to login screen.

- Integrated Google ML Kit Document Scanner for edge detection, perspective correction, and auto-enhancement on Android.

- Backend: add is_4ps column to students table with auto-migration
- Backend: studentController CRUD now handles is4ps field
- Backend: reportsController getStats returns 4Ps beneficiary count
- Frontend: StudentModel gains is4ps bool field
- Frontend: student_repository and provider pass is4ps parameter
- Frontend: StudentCounts gains fourPs field for reports
- Frontend: Add/Edit modal has Government Aid Status switch
- Frontend: Student profile modal shows 4Ps badge in info card
- Frontend: Reports screen has 5th KPI card for 4Ps Beneficiaries
