fix(users): Fix success dialog z-order and add step top margin

- Fixed an issue where the success/error dialog was hidden behind the user details modal by displaying it sequentially for updates, and correctly popping root navigator routes.
- Added top margin padding (16px) to the steps within AddEditUserModal for better visual separation.
- Made prefixIcon optional in CustomTextField.
