Miguel FuertesandClaude Opus 4.6 367bb550ed fix: force kernel 6.12 in GHA, use lkiuyu config-6.6, simplify build-package 
- Add sed to force KERNEL_PATCHVER:=6.12 in both GHA workflows
- Replace broken config-6.6 with lkiuyu/immortalwrt base + squashfs
- Makefile kernel-detect with TOPDIR fallback for robustness
- Remove IPK build from build-package (APK only)
- Clean up build.yml: remove repository_dispatch, debug output
