refactor: convert BulkOcrImport and AddEditStudent to full-screen Scaffold
...
- BulkOcrImportDialog: replaced Dialog with Scaffold+AppBar, added under-header line stepper (3 segments, no icons/labels), LinearProgressIndicator during processing, auto-uppercase for all name fields (OCR result + manual edit)
- AddEditStudentModal: replaced CustomModal with Scaffold+AppBar+PopScope, added line stepper (2 steps for edit, 3 steps for add), replaced old Stepper widget with manual step switching (fixes Windows freeze), added bottom action bar with BACK/NEXT/SAVE/RE-SCAN/VIEW DOC
- students_screen: changed _openModal and _openBulkOcrImport to use Navigator.push(MaterialPageRoute) instead of showDialog
