ssbg04 c228fff265 Fix mobile navbar disappearing issue and optimize image loading across all pages 
- Fix: Removed undefined checkLite function in ControlsDropdown causing navbar to crash on menu close
- Fix: Add justClosedDrawerRef to prevent navbar auto-hide after closing mobile menu
- Optimize: Add loading and fetchPriority attributes to all images across components
- Optimize: Eagerly load above-the-fold images (gallery first 3, certifications first 1+2 badges)
- Optimize: Lazy load below-the-fold images with proper decoding async
- Improve: Better LCP performance and bandwidth usage across gallery, projects, and certifications pages
