Multi-kernel support and cross-version compatibility

- Auto-detect kernel version in msm89xx Makefile (prefers 6.12, falls back to latest available)
- Add config-6.6 for OpenWrt 24.10.x support
- Rename patches-6.12/ to patches/ (version-agnostic)
- Move unused qcom-memshare patch to TBR/
- Restrict GHA workflows to OpenWrt 25.12.x releases
- Update README with kernel compatibility table
