feat(ui): update student, document preview, document filter, and archive screens

- Add elevated Add Student CTA button to Android header and AddStudentModal.show helper
- Make document preview AppBar actions responsive with copy and delete always in more menu
- Switch document filter to direct document type dropdown
- Align archives screen layout, mobile search, and filter dropdown with documents screen
