Module 6 gives administrators a bird's-eye view of institutional performance, DepEd compliance metrics, and file system storage. All report data is synchronized in real time with server records.
Student Statistics & Document Compliance
Administrators can monitor learner enrollment status and document completion across cohorts:
- Student Statistics: Real-time counts for Active / Enrolled, Dropped, Transferred, and Graduated learners.
- Document Compliance: Displays overall compliance rates, flags students with missing requirements, and provides an itemized breakdown of missing documents by requirement type.

Grade-Level Compliance, Trends & Storage Analytics
- Grade-Level Compliance: Pinpoints grade cohorts with higher numbers of incomplete portfolios.
- Document Status Analytics: Dynamic visual charts summarizing submission progress.
- Academic Year Comparison: Evaluates historical changes in student population and document completion across school years.
- Storage Analytics: Details disk storage consumption across categories (SF9, SF10, PSA, 137, etc.) to ensure server resources remain optimal.

Student Compliance Table & Excel Export
The compliance table allows granular inspection of individual learner statuses:
- Search & Sort: Search by name or LRN, and sort by missing document count to quickly isolate students needing intervention.
- Report Filters: Filter the table by academic year, grade level, section, or enrollment status.
- Excel Export (.xlsx): Click Export to Excel to generate a complete spreadsheet containing student statistics, missing document tallies, and full student compliance rosters. The system displays an interactive in-app preview before saving.
