Comprehensive system activity logs, account lifecycle audits, and active session monitoring.
Activity History Highlights
- Complete Activity Logs: Records all system operations (student creation, updates, document uploads, archiving, and deletion) with timestamps and actor details.
- User Account History: Tracks the entire lifecycle of staff accounts, showing which administrator created, modified, activated, or deactivated an account.
- Login & Session History: Monitors active user sessions with client platform, IP address, login timestamp, and session validity.
- Granular Search & Date Range Filters: Filter logs by date range, action type, user name, and user role.
- Role-Based Access: Sessions and account history are restricted to Administrators; Teachers can review activity records within their permitted scope.
Module 8 ensures strict data accountability and compliance with government data privacy standards. Every transaction in TIS-RMS creates an immutable log entry that administrators can inspect at any time.
System Activity Logs
The Activity Logs tab provides a detailed timeline of actions taken across the system:
- Logged Actions: Records student additions, edits, enrollment promotions, document uploads, file deletions, and archiving actions.
- Audit Metadata: Each log entry records the specific action performed, target record (learner name or LRN), acting staff member, and exact timestamp.
- Detail Inspector: Administrators can click any entry to open a modal detailing before-and-after values and payload data.

User Account History & Login Sessions
- User Account History: Details account provisioning events including user creation, profile edits, activation/deactivation, and password resets, identifying both the target account and the acting administrator.
- Login & Session History: Displays active and historical user sessions, including username, full name, platform (Windows or Android), client IP address, login timestamp, and session status.
- Search & Pagination: Both views feature date range pickers, user filters, and responsive pagination to keep large logs manageable.
