Sign In & Getting Started
How to access and sign into TIS-RMS on Windows desktop computers and Android mobile devices.
- Cross-Platform Availability: TIS-RMS is officially available as a high-performance Windows desktop application and an intuitive Android mobile/tablet app.
- Local Network & Remote Internet Access: The system operates seamlessly over the school's local area network (LAN/Wi-Fi) without requiring internet connectivity, and can also be accessed outside the local network through a secure connection that makes the system accessible over the internet.
- Secure Authentication: Sign in with your assigned username and password. User privileges and interface navigation adjust automatically based on your role.
- Self-Service Password Recovery: If you forget your password, click Forgot Password? to receive a one-time verification code (email OTP) to safely reset your credentials.
Whether you are working from a school desktop in the faculty room, on an administrative workstation in the registrar's office, or using an Android tablet inside the classroom, TIS-RMS provides a unified and responsive sign-in interface.

Step-by-Step: Signing In
Launch the Application
Open TIS-RMS on your Windows workstation or Android mobile device. The application connects automatically to the local school server or your secure remote gateway.
Enter Your Credentials
Type your registered Username and Password. If logging in for the first time, use the temporary credentials provided by your system administrator.
Click Sign In
Click or tap the Sign In button. Upon successful verification, you will be redirected to the Dashboard populated with your role-specific metrics and tools.
Forgot Password (Self-Service Recovery)
If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot Password? on the login screen. Enter your registered email address to receive a secure One-Time PIN (OTP) to reset your password without waiting for an administrator.
